What it is

A near-invisible surface cap over nine descending strata — residences, commercial tunnels, farms, data, and a reactor at the heart. Hard shell, luminous core.

The waste heat is the whole point.

One small modular reactor delivers constant baseload. Its waste heat — normally dumped — feeds climate, agritech, desalination, and compute.
